These terms apply to enquiries made through busbookingdelhi.com and to transport arrangements made by Bus Booking Delhi, operated by Anil Bhatt.
Quotations and availability
A quotation is an estimate for the requirement described by the customer and is not a confirmed booking. Vehicle availability, pricing and inclusions remain subject to confirmation for the requested date, route and passenger count. A booking is confirmed only when the customer accepts the written quotation, the agreed advance is received and written confirmation is issued.
Pricing and inclusions
Pricing may vary by vehicle, route, distance, duration, pickup points, passenger count and travel date. The quotation will identify the applicable inclusions and exclusions. Extra waiting hours, route changes and additional pickup points may result in additional charges. Tolls, parking, state taxes, permits and driver allowance are included only when expressly stated in the quotation.
Customer information and itinerary
The customer is responsible for providing accurate locations, timings, passenger counts, luggage needs and route details. Changes after quotation or confirmation may require a revised price and availability check. The customer should notify us as soon as possible about any change.
Advance, balance, cancellation and refunds
An advance of approximately 30% is usual, but the exact advance, balance due date, cancellation charges and refund eligibility may vary by journey. These details will be stated in the relevant written quotation or booking confirmation and will govern that booking.
Payment methods
Accepted payment methods are UPI and cash, subject to the instructions in the written quotation or booking confirmation. No payment is taken through the website enquiry form.
Operations and substitutions
Where reasonably necessary and subject to suitability, we may offer a comparable substitute vehicle if the originally discussed vehicle becomes unavailable. A substitute arrangement will be communicated to the customer for approval where practicable.
Delays and events outside our control
Traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle restrictions, government directions, breakdowns and other events outside reasonable control may affect travel time or operations. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and coordinate an appropriate response.
Passenger conduct and damage
Passengers must follow lawful driver instructions and avoid unsafe, unlawful or damaging behaviour. The booking party may be responsible for damage beyond normal wear and for costs caused by prohibited conduct.
